Hi Readers!
I've made the big decision this year to go private with my blog. I mostly write here for my own sake, and so that Viv will have something to look back on. I've been feeling like what I can share on here is getting more and more limited due to the fact that it's "out there" and anyone can see it and read it. It's tricky, because that is one of the things I love about blogs, and I've definitely felt connected to people because of that feature. But, alas, I'm going to walk the privacy line for a bit, and this space is going to become more of a place for me to share in the personal nature, which is what I have been lacking. I find I'm losing the inspiration to blog when all the content is fluff, and style, and blah blah blah. What I'm going through, what I'm thinking, how motherhood is going, and of course the documentation of Vivienne are the things that really matter to me.
I'll try my best this year to keep it regular. I have a few ideas for some weekly series, and some other things up my sleeve. I want to do this for our family. I want to do this for me. And 2013 is going to be about me doing some of the things I've been wanting to do (or at least giving it a shot). The blog going private is giving me the courage to do more of this. For now.
I realize that I don't have a huge following. And now, with going private, my readers will all mostly be family, and close friends. I am however keeping the link up on Instagram, so if there are any of you out there who wish to follow along and haven't been invited, message me privately and I can invite you -- so long as your intentions are pure and your comments are kind ;). Starting tomorrow, Team Dub is going "offline" to the whole world, and remaining online for a few of us.
